Create a catalogue the team can use
Define the products your operation carries, including their unit of measure and whether partial quantities are allowed. Consistent names and units make entries easier to interpret between sites and shifts.
- Use product names the field team recognizes.
- Choose whole or partial quantities to match the supply.
Record stock where it is kept
View stock by location and sublocation. When supplies arrive, select the product, destination and quantity to record the addition, keeping replenishment tied to the place that will use it.
- Separate stock held at different locations.
- Select the appropriate sublocation when one is configured.
Bring counts into the field workflow
Employees and team leaders can submit manual product counts for configured site areas. Tasks can also require inventory information before completion, making the check part of the assignment rather than a separate reminder.
- Enter counted quantities for the relevant products.
- Review unusual counts before making operational decisions.
Practical answers
Is Inventory included in every plan?
Inventory is an optional module with Starter and is included with Pro. Add it in the plan builder when discussing the right package for your operation.
Will Cleaner order supplies automatically?
No. The current module records products, stock additions and counts. Supplier purchasing, automatic replenishment and invoice processing are not included.
Does a count guarantee the exact live quantity on the shelf?
A count records what was entered at that moment. Concurrent work and later usage can change the physical stock, so review discrepancies rather than treating a stored quantity as a guarantee.
