Connected within the app

Assignments carry location and evidence requirements into the employee workflow. Managers review submitted work, while Chat and Inventory add conversations and supply records. These modules share the organisation’s operational context.

  • Chat translation follows the recipient’s selected app language.
  • Notifications support configured app events and depend on device permissions and connectivity.

Keep existing business systems for now

Cleaner does not currently provide Google Sheets or Google Calendar sync, a QuickBooks connection, payroll processing, customer booking or invoicing. Do not plan a migration around these capabilities. Task timers are operational records, not an automated payroll service.

  • A public client portal and automatic recurring-task generation are not available yet.
  • AI dispatch and automated photo-quality scoring are not current features.

Tell us which connection would remove real work

When discussing an integration, name the system, the information to transfer and who owns each update. Explain whether the workflow needs one-way import or two-way synchronisation. This makes the requirement concrete without assuming a connector exists.

Practical answers

Can I automatically import my spreadsheet schedule?

An automatic spreadsheet import or two-way Sheets connection is not currently offered. Discuss your existing data with the team before planning setup.

Does a planned feature have a guaranteed release date?

No. A discussion or roadmap idea is not a delivery commitment. Evaluate Cleaner on the current features and confirmed setup arrangements.

Can I use advanced analytics or CSV reporting today?

These areas are not release-ready. Selected administrative events can be viewed in the app, but complete export sharing and reliable performance reporting still require work.
