Make the building understandable
Name locations consistently and write tasks around recognisable spaces: reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and washrooms. With Pro, floor plans and pins help a new team member connect written instructions to the building.
- Schedule work around the building’s access windows.
- Assign responsibility and specify the evidence required before completion.
Give the next shift useful context
A timestamp and a task photo provide more context than a message saying ‘done’. Managers can review submitted work and record feedback. If further work is required, create and assign a follow-up task; a rejection does not automatically reopen the original.
- Keep the assignment and its evidence together.
- Use Chat for questions without moving the conversation to a personal messaging app.
Keep supplies close to the work
The Inventory module connects site stock, recorded consumption and inspections. Use it to understand which building needs attention before a missing item delays a shift.
- Chat and Inventory are optional on Starter and included in Pro.
- Start with one building and a small crew before extending the setup across your contracts.
Practical answers
Can I manage several office buildings?
Yes. Cleaner organises work by location. Use the plan builder to describe your people, locations and modules; final prices and allowances are still being defined.
Will it generate recurring cleaning jobs automatically?
Automatic recurring-task generation is not available yet. Managers create and schedule the work in the calendar.
