Keep already loaded context available
An interrupted calendar refresh can retain the entries already on screen and show a connection warning. Those entries help orient the employee, but an offline view may be older than a manager's latest changes.
- Read the connection and stale-data messages.
- Refresh or reconnect before relying on a changed assignment.
Let supported actions retry
Selected task operations use a local queue and retry when connectivity returns. Queued work still needs server validation; a local action is not the same as a successful, shared completion record.
- Check the resulting task state after reconnecting.
- Keep required evidence until its upload is confirmed.
Prepare what can work locally
Download chat language packs over Wi-Fi ahead of the shift. Installed packs can translate text on the device without a network, although new messages still need a connection to be sent or received.
- Sign in and load the day's work while connected.
- Finish photo-required tasks where uploads can complete.
Practical answers
Can every Cleaner feature work completely offline?
No. Offline support covers selected cached information and queued actions. It does not provide a fully offline photo-completion workflow or guarantee a complete persistent calendar.
Can I reopen the app offline?
A fresh app start may need a connection to verify the signed-in user's role. Cleaner shows a connection screen and can recover when connectivity returns.
What happens if an assignment changes while I am offline?
The device cannot receive that change until it reconnects and refreshes. Treat retained information as the last available view and check the latest task details before continuing.
