Set the evidence before work starts
Choose the requirements appropriate to the assignment. Tasks can require photo evidence, inventory information and location compliance, making expectations visible before the employee reaches the final step.
- Keep requirements attached to the task.
- Use clear instructions for the area and result to photograph.
Capture the work in context
Employees can attach before, during and after photos. The completion flow checks applicable requirements before accepting the task as finished, so a missing requirement cannot simply be bypassed by changing its status.
- Upload required photos while connected.
- Retain submitted evidence with the completed task.
Review, explain and follow up
Managers can review the record and leave a review decision and notes. A useful note identifies the specific issue and the next action, giving the team a clearer handoff than an unexplained rejection.
- Compare the evidence with the task instructions.
- Create follow-up work explicitly when another visit is needed.
Practical answers
Does rejecting a review reopen the task automatically?
No. The current review records the decision and notes. It does not automatically reopen a completed task; arrange any corrective work separately.
Can required photos be submitted completely offline?
Required-photo completion needs a connection. Cached task information and queued actions do not replace the photo upload and completion checks.
Does AI inspect the photos or send a client report?
The current workflow relies on manager review. Automated AI photo grading, a client proof portal and generated client PDF reports are not included.
