Choose the events that matter
Owners and admins select which supported events can generate notifications for the organization. Available event categories cover assignments, rejected tasks, approval requests, reported issues and chat messages.
- Start with the events that need timely attention.
- Review organization settings as the team's workflow develops.
Enable each phone deliberately
People enable Cleaner notifications on their device and grant the phone's notification permission. If the operating system blocks them, Cleaner points the user toward device settings to make the choice there.
- Check both Cleaner settings and phone permissions.
- Allow connectivity to complete a pending registration change.
Keep shared information in the app
Announcements give employees a place to read organization updates in their dashboard. Use them for information that should remain available, while task details and chat provide the specific working context.
- Make the announcement's next action clear.
- Keep emergency communication on an established reliable channel.
Practical answers
Are notifications guaranteed to arrive instantly?
No. Delivery depends on connectivity, device settings and the notification provider. Cleaner records delivery attempts and retries eligible failures, but it is not an emergency alert service.
Why might an assigned task not produce a notification?
Check that the owner or admin has enabled the event, the recipient has enabled device notifications and the phone has granted permission. The recipient must also still have the relevant access.
Which devices have been verified?
Push display and delivery receipts have been checked on Android. Physical iPhone verification remains outstanding; ask about current platform availability before planning a rollout.
